When addiction takes up too much space
Repetitive cravings, intrusive thoughts, difficulty resisting despite your will.

Automatic patterns often settle in unconsciously, without you being able to truly control them.

Hypnosis helps work directly on stress by engaging deeper mechanisms. It doesn’t force anything, it doesn’t control anything, and it requires no prior experience.
The effects of hypnosis often appear progressively, at your own pace and according to your experience. Here are some changes you may notice over repeated listens.
A reduction in automatic urges
Cravings can lose their intensity and frequency.
More conscious responses
You can respond differently, with more choice.
Greater perspective when facing triggers
High-risk situations are perceived differently, with more calm.
Less guilt, more understanding
A calmer view of yourself and your journey.
An increased sense of inner freedom
Less feeling of being "controlled" by the behavior.
A lasting change that settles in
Gradual adjustments, integrated into daily life.

Session creation
The hypnosis session is custom-designed based on your answers.
Receiving your audio
The session is sent directly to your email or WhatsApp, ready to be listened to whenever you like.
Every person has a unique relationship with addictive behaviors. That's why your session is built around:
-
Your specific triggers
-
Your personal objectives
-
Your sensitivity and your pace
Not a generic session — but a guided experience that feels like you.
No special preparation • No effort required • You remain in full control of your experience
To get started
No prior experience with hypnosis is needed to have a meaningful session. There is nothing to "get right" or "do perfectly." You remain conscious and free at all times.
You can listen to your session:
-
At home, in a quiet space
-
Sitting or lying down
-
With headphones or earbuds (recommended)
The key is to give yourself an uninterrupted moment. During the listen:
-
Simply let the voice guide you
-
If your mind wanders, that's completely normal
-
There is no need to concentrate or to consciously "let go"
Your subconscious does the work, even if you feel like you're thinking about something else. For best results:
-
Listen to the session regularly (for example, once a day or a few times a week)
-
Choose a time that suits you: morning, a break, or before bed
The benefits appear gradually and naturally.
About

I am Eric Ovadia, a certified hypnotherapist. I support people who want to move forward, break free from certain blocks, or rediscover a sense of wellbeing — at their own pace.
My approach is rooted in listening, personalization, and respect for your experience. The audio hypnosis sessions I offer are designed as an accessible form of support, in a safe and pressure-free space.
Hypnosis does not replace medical or therapeutic follow-up, but it can be a valuable complementary tool to support change.
Nadia M., Paris

"I chose Hypnoflows to manage emotional eating. It's become a reflex — I play the audio when the urge hits and I come back to calm instead of giving in."
Karim B., Montréal

"What I loved is the personalization. You don't end up with a standard audio you could find on YouTube. It helps me quiet my mind in the evening. The experience is simple and very professional."
David D., Hampstead

"I tried Hypnoflows before my exams. It helped me settle down and get back a feeling of being in control. I listened to the audio the night before and the morning of, and it put me in the right mindset."
